5.    Amla - Amla is also known as Indian gooseberry very popularly. It is rich in vitamin C and is proven to be very helpful in hair growth. Take two teaspoons of amla juice and mix it with 2 teaspoons of lime juice. Apply on your scalp and then rinse off with lukewarm water. Try this once a week.
